  • 1 Chorizo B’Break
  • 150 g Prosciutto di Parma
  • 50 g pepper tapenade
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Affilla Cress

  • Make the cream with the pepper tapenade and the crème fraîche.
  • Defrost the B’Breaks and slice.
  • Put on a baking tray in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 200°C, then leave to cool.
  • Put the cream on the toasts, followed by a small slice of Prosciutto.
  • Decorate with half a cherry tomato and the affilla cress.
